Mr Yu started his professional experience in Shanghai as an Assistant Engineer at Shanghai Haitong Economic Corporation in 1989 before moving on to becoming an Engineer at Number One Shanghai Ocean Geological Engineering in 1991. After which, he joined China Road and Bridge Construction Corporation as the Project Manager in 1994 and Shanghai Guang Di Foundation Engineering Co Ltd as the General Manager in 1996. Mr Yu has then been leading GD Capital Holdings with a strategic mindset since 2000. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and Senior Professional Engineer of Computer Science, Mr Yu has been working in the construction industry for 34 years.

Ms Sandy began her career in Beijing as an Assistant and an Engineer with Refrigeration Machinery Factory in 1989 before moving on to OTIS Elevator Co Ltd as a Sales Engineer in 1992. In 1995, she joined New World (Beijing) Development Co Ltd as the General Manager in Selangor, Malaysia as an Engineer in 2000. Ms Sandy’s leadership has then led her to be the Executive Director at GD Capital Holdings since 2000. Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in Electric Automation and Professional Engineer of Computer Science, Ms Sandy has more than 20 years of experience working in the construction industry.
